Attention all Region I Presidents and President-Elect's
With the 2010
Regional Planning meeting a
few weeks away and our 2010
Chapters Regional Conference 5 months out, now is
the time to start the preparation work for the
Nominating Committee. The Delegates and Alternates to
the CRC from the 15 Chapters in our region together
with the elected Nominating Committee Member, myself and
the Nominating Committee Alternate, Emery
Otruba comprise the Regional Nominating Committee. The
Nominating Committee will meet at the CRC to recommend
candidates to Regional and Society level positions and
to recommend members of our region for Society and
Regional Honors and Awards.
In order to effectively
do this work, it is essential that we begin to plan and
start thinking of candidates from your chapter. Please
refer to the attached letter and documents that explain
this process and provide the Delegates and Alternate the
information to get this rolling.
